AAG HUMAN RESOURCES DEPARTMENT LAUNCHES EMPLOYEE WELLNESS PROGRAM

Nurturing a healthier workforce… NOW!

CLARK FREEPORT ZONE, Pampanga – It’s time to “get fit!” for Alpha Aviation Group’s employees as the Human Resources department launches a wellness and fitness program designed to improve employees’ health and well-being and company productivity.

The program’s kick off activity is a Zumba Class attended by approximately 30 AAG employees. “This is for us to ensure that our employees are motivated to stay fit. Not only that, we believe that the kickoff of this program will help in strengthening the camaraderie amongst our valued employees,” said Ms. Gina Vallejo, Head of Strategic Human Resources.

AAG employees may enjoy and benefit from the various wellness activities prepared by the HR Department every Tuesdays and Thursdays, 1600H, at the AAG Gymnasium.

AAG is also set to make more wellness resources available for its employees in the near future as part of its employee morale and welfare program. “We believe that the program is our way of showing our dedicated workforce that we care about them and we are committed to improving employees’ quality of life,” added Ms. Vallejo.
