AAG News AAG Partners with DZRH Operation Tulong

“One Family, One Community, One Industry”

PASAY CITY, Manila – The Alpha Aviation Group (AAG) Family once again proves that it is a family that cares and a family that shares. In partnership with DZRH Operation Tulong, the AAG Family extends its assistance to those who were affected by the eruption of Taal Volcano in Batangas.

“It’s really AAG’s core: to give (back to the community)”, said AAG’s Corporate Affairs Officer, Ms. Precious Joy Sunga, during a short interview with Lakay Deo Macalma, DZRH News Anchor. “We don’t want to miss any of these opportunities to give and show our care through sharing”, she added as she highlights on the organization’s advocacy on being one with the bigger community.

The DZRH Operation Tulong, founded in 1978, is a socio-civic organization that helps people in times of need. It is the public service program of the Philippines’ longest running radio station, DZRH. It provides service to indigent communities and organizes various projects to both urban and rural areas, including medical missions, clean-up drives, blood-donation campaigns and tree planting events. The program has established about 20 chapters all over the Philippines and currently has more than 800 volunteers.

Alpha Aviation Group on the other hand, is into strengthening its “AAG Community Assistance and RESponse (CARES)” Program, the company’s wing in serving the wider community. In response to the need of those who were affected by the Taal Volcano eruption, AAG, through its “AAG CARES” Program, partners with DZRH Operation Tulong by donating 10 cavans of rice to be used for feeding programs at the evacuation centers in Batangas and nearby areas.

Moving forward, AAG is set to persistently and proactively take part on activities and programs to serve the community as it works together as one family.
