AAG Welcomes Another Batch of 16 Cadet Pilots

Clark Freeport Zone, Pampanga, Philippines – Another batch of 16 cadet pilots were inducted to AAG Philipppines’ Airline Pilot Program (APP) on 21 March 2023. This is the 2nd intake for this year and the 67th since AAGP launched this flagship cadet pilot program.

“We are incredibly thankful that you (the parents) have chosen AAG as your service provider to help your children fulfill their dreams of becoming airline pilots. We take pride in our commitment to providing the highest caliber of training, the expertise of our aviation professionals, and state-of-the-art facilities,” states Capt. Gimby Cervania (AAG International Center for Aviation Training [AICAT] Head of Training) in his welcome remarks.

Capt. Vicente Casibang II (AAGP Accountable Manager), Col. Ruel Rombaoa (Ret.) (AAGP Head of Marketing & Sales), and Capt. Napoleon Garcia (AICAT-AMO Accountable Manager) also graced the ceremony, imparting invaluable insights and highlighting the importance of cultivating the right attitude, honing skills, and acquiring knowledge as the main line of defense for success in the aviation industry. They also acknowledged the training team for their remarkable efforts in providing training solutions that elevate the capabilities of pilots and contribute to the aviation industry’s ongoing rebound.

In his closing remarks, Capt. Gaudencio Maniano (AICAT Accountable Manager) again thanked the cadets and parents for choosing AAG, underscoring the value of making informed decisions as an essential skill for any aspiring pilot.

The APP is a full-time cadetship program covering CPL-IR-ATPL Theory-A320 Type Rating, delivered jointly by AICAT and AAGP – the largest flight training Group in the country. (AAG Corporate Affairs)
