AAG Year-Starter Program

“Doing things TOGETHER Better, Faster, Cheaper”

CLARK FREEPORT ZONE, Pampanga – AAG Family welcomes the New Year with a clear foresight that it is set to continue to reach milestone after milestone this 2020. On the first Monday of the year, the AAG Management Team and staff convene for a Year-Starter Program. Employees deployed to other operational hubs (Iba Zambales, Laoag, Subic and San Fernando La Union) joined the activity via conference call, proving that though operating in different locations, the organization’s workforce shares the same vision and works as one.

The Year-Starter Program begins with an invocation lead by Ms. Carla Marcelino from Student Affairs and Client Relations Department. Mr. Ruel Rombaoa, from AAG’s Executive Committee, delivered the opening remarks and a review of the company’s vision, mission and core values. Other activities to spice up the event include a spoken word poetry by Ms. Candy Mae Estera and a 2019 milestone video showing AAG’s achievements in 2019.

AAG’s Regional Director, Mr. Cristopher Magdangal, shares a glimpse of what lies ahead for AAG, its initiatives and expansion programs, the organization’s plans for its people and leaves a challenge to everyone to always be a step ahead and be proactive in spotting possible changes and challenges. He ended his motivational speech by affirming the management team’s zeal to further take AAG into new heights. “Rest assured your management team is keen on leading you with so much passion. We’re fired up in reaching our goals.’’

Another highlight of the program is the signing of the commitment wall, giving everybody an opportunity to express their support to AAG’s initiatives and plans. The ceremonial signing was lead by AAG’s Executive Committee and Management Team followed by the employees. Team Subic, La Union, Iba and Laoag concurrently signed the commitment boards sent to their respective stations.

Today’s program is a testament that the AAG Management Team and the rest of the staff are “all in” to do things TOGETHER better, faster, cheaper this 2020.
